  3. Maximum 600 points can be earned for job offer from a Canadian employer for provincial nomination.

Applicants accompanying common law partner or spouse may earn points as per the following break up:

  1. Maximum 460 point can be earned for human capital factors of the primary applicant.
  2. Maximum 40 points can be earned for human capital factors for the spouse or the common law partner.
  3. Maximum 100 points can be earned for the skills transferability factors.
  4. Maximum 600 point can be earned for provincial nomination or prior job offer from a Canadian employer.
