New Zealand ‘Employment Hub’ Will Go On Live In November 2012

Nathan guy, New Nealand immigration minister, finally decided to join hands with paula bennett, social development minister and his cabinet colleague, for an important announcement of launching ‘christchurch employment hub,’ an effort to open the doors of the country for foreign skilled workers.

The christchurch based job hub will actually serve its primary goal of catering the requirements of those skilled professionals seeking to get an employment opportunity in the land of kiwis. Hub ed unavailability of skilled workers in the region as many residents flew from the city after the earthquake occurred. So, christchurch faces a major shortage of skilled workers that confronted as the biggest hurdle in the rebuilding process.

The job hub is aimed to meet the available workers with job requirements. A website will go on live to advertise the available job requirements with a great coordination between agencies and the government. ‘Four skills brokers’ will be based in the city. They will assist the overseas applicants in finding the most suitable job position as well as completing the process of visa applications.
